All operations are conducted by FAA-licensed remote pilots, ensuring full compliance with federal aviation regulations and the highest safety standards.

Base Rate
• $400 for a two-hour thermal pet search, plus round-trip travel fees and NY sales tax
• Includes flight planning, FAA waivers, and legal authorization required for restricted airspace
• Typical searches cover 100–300+ acres, depending on terrain and weather
• Fog conditions prohibit flight operations
• If grounded during a search, time is billed at $95 per hour, then normal flight time resumes

Travel Time
• $125 for the first hour
• $95 for each additional travel hour

Additional Search Time
• $225 per hour beyond the initial two-hour search

Consecutive Day Returns
• $225 per hour for each subsequent day
• Applies if within 30 minutes of our zip code 13126 home base
• Otherwise, standard travel fees apply

Consultation Fees
• One-on-one consultations in any category: $175 per hour
• Must be prepaid

Payment & Policies

• Payment is required prior to dispatch from headquarters
  • Fees are non-refundable, even if the pet is located before arrival
  • No guarantees can be made regarding pet recovery
  • We must cancel other search requests once dispatched—no exceptions
